Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during product launches or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
